h#. Issue summary

1. The Borders and Dividers option in Color schemes is supposed to change the color of table borders and dividing lines.
2. Changing the color there does not change the color of the table however.

Expected behavior

1. The color of table borders and dividing lines should change to the color selected in the Borders and Dividers option in Color schemes.

Current behavior

1. The color of table borders and dividing lines remains at the default color when another color is selected in the Borders and Dividers option in Color schemes.

Workaround

1. Use CSS to change the color of HTML elements instead.
