Quote in comment is not working

      `quote-in-comment` has been broken. It seems `quote-in-comment` is affected by `inline-comment`. Highlighting a piece of text in comments section only fires `com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-inline-comments:create-inline-comment` event rather than `com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-inline-comments:quote-in-comment`.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Make a comment on a page
      2. Highlight a comment

      Expected Results

      The comment icon should appear and the user should be able to make a comment to an existing comment

      Actual Results

      No icons appear.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
