Currently, in order to subscribe to an iCal style calendar, such as a Team Calendars calendar on a different Confluence instance, you are required to use a username and password when you subscribe to the calendar. It would be beneficial to be able to leverage SAML for this authentication rather than forcing the use of a username and password. There may be instances where the specific SAML implementation doesn't make it possible to use a static username and password for the authentication.
