As a Confluence administrator I would like to monitor database connection pool from the application

Problem Definition

Monitoring usage of the database connection pool is an important task for a Confluence administrator.
As a Confluence administrator, I would like to get that information directly in the application without needing to rely on specific monitoring tools nor on DBA specific knowledge.

Suggested Solution

Implement an admin page similar to Jira's database monitoring.
