Several of our users have requested the creation of a Livesearch macro in Confluence that searches both Jira and Confluence.

They would like a one stop search that allows them to find any information created on a project. Right now they have to search a confluence page and several Jira projects to find the information they require. 

The Jira Issues Macro doesn't suit their needs, as it requires a filter to be updated every time they'd want to change their search.
