Anchor links should work after a page is renamed

Issue summary

1. Anchor links stop working in Confluence when a page is renamed.
2. This is due the the link having the name of the page itself.
3. It would be much better is the links work even after a page is renamed.

Current behavior

1. Create a page with an anchor macro
2. Test the link created with the anchor macro, which should work.
3. Rename the page
4. The link will no longer work.

Expected behavior

1. The links work even after the page is renamed.
