Issue Summary
When using the Periodic Scan function in Troubleshooting and Support Tools > Log Scanner, the results e-mail sent at the designated time has an incorrect number.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Troubleshooting and Support Tools
- Click on the Log Scanner tab
- Run a normal scan and take note of the amount of results.
- Choose Periodic Scan and specify the start time, frequency and recipients to send the scan results to.
- Check email, and then check the total. This is inconsistent with the actual amount of issues listed in the email, as well as the regular scanner.
Expected Results
The number is accurate and reflects the amount of issues displayed.
Actual Results
The number is inaccurate in the e-mail. In two tests, a scan with 4 results said 5, and a scan with 11 results (pictured) says "Found 13 known problems in the log file...".
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
