There is no good way to delete or edit attachments in a page or blogpost draft.

Our users sometimes have the problem that they have uploaded a wrong attachment and would like to exchange it before they publish the page or blogpost. In addition, the setting of labels for images in a picture gallery is problematic. Yo can´t set labels for the attachments while editing the page. This is necessary if the gallery should be restricted to one label.

So far, I found a user-unfriendly way how to do this anyway: temporarily add attachment macro, open the page preview, delete attachments, remove attachment macro.

It would be nice if there would be a standard function in the menu of the Confluence editor to delete or edit attachments while creating/editing the page or blogpost.
