Summary
- Gliffy diagrams don't load in Firefox when they are inside an Expand macro.
Environment
- Firefox
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Confluence page
- Add an Expand macro in it
- Inside the Expand macro, add a Gliffy diagram
- Publish the page
- When the page finishes to load, click to expand the content in the published Confluence page
Expected Results
- The Gliffy diagram will show up, as per the screenshot below:
Actual Results
- The Gliffy diagram doesn't load and is not shown inside the Expand macro, as per the screenshot below:
Notes
- This behavior only happens after the page completes its loading.
Workaround
- Use a browser other than Firefox (for example, Google Chrome)
- Uncheck the Interactive HTML5 Viewer of the diagram (inside the Editor, click on the diagram >> More)
