Issue Summary

Unable to add an inline comment on a text that has strike through format

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with a strike through text
2. Save the page, select the text, and attempt to add in line comment on it

Expected Results

Able to add inline comment as this is a plain text, and not a macro

Actual Results

Unable to add inline comment with the following error message:

We can't add your inline comment; the section you highlighted may contain a macro or user mention. Try highlighting plain text.
