Problem Definition

A Space can have one too many decisions under Meeting notes templates or normal pages, for example.
There is no easy way to keep track of decisions created within the instance.

Suggested Solution

Create a Decision Report Macro, akin to the Task Report Macro.

Why is this important

There is no easy or "correct" way of keeping track of all (or a select few) decisions in my instance.
