Issue Summary

View File macro (tested with PDF) is loading indefinitely for anonymous user.

Environment

Confluence 6.15.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Allow the can use permission for anonymous user in Confluence General Configuration > Global Permission.
2. Create a space and allow the anonymous access in the Space Permission.
3. Create a page in the Space and insert a view file PDF macro.
4. Access the page anonymously.

Expected Results

The PDF file inside the view file PDF macro load correctly in the page.

Actual Results

The PDF file inside the view file PDF macro loading indefinitely for anonymous user.

Notes

Anonymous user able to preview the file from the page option (...) > Attachments > Click on the attachments file.

Workaround

Replace the view file PDF macro with the newer file previewer:
Backup your Confluence database before making any changes.

  This will replace all of the view file macro in all of Confluence BLOGPOST, PAGE, and COMMENT.

Clicking on the attachment's thumbnail will allow anonymous user to download the file.
