If a file with a "ä", "ö", "ü", ... in its name is attached to a Confluence page the following problems occur:

• file can't be removed, nor edited (error-message:The page you were trying to reach does not exist. You may want to try a search, or browse the site to find the page you were looking for)
• file can't be linked from the confluence page (error-message:The page you were trying to reach does not exist. You may want to try a search, or browse the site to find the page you were looking for)
