Creating new event in a Calendar should not default to All Day event

      Current behaviour

      When creating a new event in a Calendar it defaults to All Day event

      Suggested Behaviour

      Majority of events are not all day and tend to have specific times stamps, All Day event checkbox should be unchecked by default to allow time selection straight away, similar to the way it's designed in Ms Outlook
