When creating Tables with a few rows, it would be nice to be able to set the 'Fixed height' for the row just like the 'Fixed width' for the column.

Current Setting

If you enter a long content in the box, the row height is automatically adjusted to the texts entered.

Expected setting

If the box has a long content, we can use the scroll instead of adjusting the row height according to the content.
