Issue Summary

System app atlassian-gadgets-shared-4.3.2.jar stays disabled and with an error "This app couldn't be loaded. It has one or more errors that prevent it from being enabled."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Once Confluence is up and running go to Manage Apps > Choose System Apps from the drop-down
2. atlassian-gadgets-shared-4.3.2.jar will be disabled by default

Expected Results

System app atlassian-gadgets-shared-4.3.2.jar to be enabled from the UI

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
