Issue Summary

If the instance or the user has the language set as Chinese, the tool tip for the tasks breaks and show text that was not supposed to appear.

Environment

• Confluence 6.14.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the instance / profile language (be sure you are not using browser language if you happen to be using English)
2. Enter the editor
3. Check the editor tool tip for tasks

Expected Results

The tool tip is displayed using the selected language and no additional text is shown

Actual Results

The tool tip is shown but there is incoherent text
