Page automatically scrolls up a little when a user clicks on the Spaces menu dropdown at the header

Issue Summary

On a Confluence page, when a user clicks on the Spaces drop down menu at the header. The page scrolls up a little.

Eventually, the page title overwrites the line above, as can be seen here:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Head over to a Confluence page
2. To see the issue better scroll down until you reach the middle of the page. 
3. Then head over to the Spaces drop down at the top header. 

Expected Results

The page remains static

Actual Results

The page is scrolled up a little and #space-menu-link-content is added to the URL and/or the page title overwrites the line above.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
