Import Word Document option resizes images to a much lower quality and resolution

      Issue summary

      1. Issue appears to be related to CONFSERVER-15672
      2. When a .doc or .docx document with a high quality image (1920 x 1080) is uploaded to as a page to Confluence, the page will have the image in a much lower quality and resolution (900 x 506).

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a doc file and add a 1080p image.
      2. Add the document into a new page in Confluence, using the Import Word Document option.
      3. Check on the image after, and the quality and resolution would be much lower than the one uploaded.

      Workaround

      1. Manually get the image from the .doc or .docx file, and re-upload it into the page after upload.
