WYSIWYG Linking Pop-up Does Not Work - specifying link and clicking OK results in nothing

      OS: Apple OSX 10.4.5.
      Browser: Firefox 1.5.0.1

      When i click on the add link button in the WYSIWYG editor, the pop-up appears, I specify the new link I want to add then when I click 'OK' nothing happens. The windows remains and no link is added.
