Currently, Confluence will send a different email notification for each page that the user watches.
This can cause clutter in the inbox if the user watches many pages or spaces.

As a Confluence administrator, I would like to be able to set one email containing all changes for the spaces/pages that the users watche. This could be set to send this email with all changes that happened in the last hour, for example.
