Problem Definition

An organization typically has global distribution lists that are used to grant global access to spaces.
But, currently, every user part of this global distribution list is able to share pages in Confluence to that distribution list.

Suggested Solution

It would be useful for admins to have the ability to restrict users (like a blacklist) to prevent them from sharing pages to the distribution list.

Why this is important

This is to prevent certain users from accidentally sharing content to the whole organization.
