SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) image attached in page unable to be exported to Word or PDF

Environment

Confluence 6.11.1
Confluence 6.11.2
Confluence 6.12.2 (in this version, only exporting SVG File to Word is not displaying properly)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Page
2. Upload a SVG file into the page (eg: Freesample.svg )
3. Insert the SVG file into the page using the ! autocomplete
   • This is how to insert SVG file that can be rendered in a page
4. Save the page
5. Export the page to PDF and Word

Expected Results

The SVG file that is rendered in the page is visible in the exports

Actual Results

The SVG file cannot be displayed in the exports
Here is the exported result of having the SVG file in the page in all small, medium, large and original size:

• SVG Export to PDF.pdf
• SVG Export to Word.doc

Workaround

A third-party plugin SVG out is able to display SVG image in Confluence Page as well as exporting the image into Word and PDF
