So we create templates for our communities however, when those templates are changed, the already created documents wont match the updated template. This could cause a document to miss important newly requested information. So the owner of those documents could receive a notification that the document(s) using this template had been modified, that will help ensure that document(s) is/are up to date. The other concern is how to import what is already created don't have to be copy and pasted in the newer template.
