Bring back the "Edit in Office" link to the attachment Page

Confluence version prior to 6.11 had the "Edit in Office" link in the attachment page.
This has been removed in 6.11 and later versions.
Although "Edit with" is now available in the attachment previewer, having an "Edit" link in the attachment list has still value for our Customers.
The customer would like to still be able to open an attachment in Edit mode without having to go to the View mode of the page.
This saves time, increases overall work efficiency and improves the application user experience.

Use Case (Customer feedback)
When reviewing the list of attachment, I determine which attachment to edit. Then I want to be able to edit it from this place. This is currently not possible. Instead, I have to click onto "View Page", find the link to the attachment in the page (which may be a long one!) and open the previewer from there. Loss of productivity!
