Suggestion Summary
As an administrator, if I need to create a new username for one of my users for any given reasons, I would like to have an option in the UI to transfer content ownership from his/her old username to the new username.
Workaround
We can run SQL Queries to make it happen, but, data manipulation is always risky. Knowledge Base Article with the workaround can be found here.
