the edit tool bar on attachment macro to be on top of the list

      A customer would like to have the options toolbar for viewing/previewing attachment added on the attachment macro on top of the list of attachments rather than at the end, for instance long list of attachments versions, would make the user to scroll till the end of list to be able to edit the current document version.
