High CPU from the "WMI Provider Host" Service

      Summary

      Upon upgrading to 6.11, users have discovered that now their servers are running on high CPU, with the "WMI Provider Host" service with the most CPU usage.
      When Confluence is stopped, this goes back to 0% for many users.
