      Problem Definition

      Allow customizing what is displayed in the events from the calendar view

      Currently, fixed fields will be displayed for each calendar event type in the calendar view and the information being displayed are always following the same sequence and this may not fit different use case of the customers depends on how the calendar is being used or the language that is used.

      Travel Who:Summary
      Leave Who:Summary
      Birthdays Who:Summary
      Events Who:What
      Custom Event Who:Description What

      Suggested Solution

      Allow admin to customize what to be displayed and in what sequence it should be displayed as.

      For Exampe: changing the Custom Event from Who:Description What to What Description:Who

      Note

      Due to the bug reported here CONFSERVER-56333, the Custom Event will only display the description when the event is being associated to one or more user(s)
