Include latest release of chart macro

      You ship a back level version of the chart macro with Confluence. The latest release (V 1.5 currently) fixes a bug (http://developer.atlassian.com/jira/browse/CHRT-21) and therefore the bundled macro should also include this fix. Thanks.
