search engine is not properly working with Danish characters

Summary

• Danish characters are not correctly detected by search engine

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a couple of test pages with titles
   • test-tør
   • test-tor
2. Go to either quick search bar or full search and search with keyword (test-to) or (test-tø)

Expected Results

• each time to get one result for the exact match

Actual Results

• you will get always the list of the pages
