Microsoft Word and Excel docs, as attachments in a Confluence doc, present a thumbnail image that previews the content. Our end-users are requesting Visio docs also present a thumbnail.  We are not aware of any macros (third-party or otherwise) that meet this need; we're not looking for an inline diagram-as-image display, just the thumbnail.
