      Summary

      When using a code macro with numbered lines, the lines aren't numbered when exported to Word or PDF.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page that includes a code macro with numbered lines
      2. Export the page to Word or PDF.

      Expected Results

      The resulting Word document or PDF file will show the code macro with numbered lines

      Actual Results

      The content from the code macro is shown, but without numbered lines.
