Summary

When creating a template with user mentions as instructional text, the field doesn't populate properly when the template is used.

Testing Environment

Confluence v6.10.0 and v6.10.1
Confluence v6.3.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new template in Confluence.
2. Add an instructional text and change the type to User Mention
   
3. Use the template in a page.
4. Use the mentions field to mention a user.

Expected Result

The field should work as a user mention (as it used to be in v6.3.1)

Actual Result

The field disappears.

Workaround

Not known.
