Summary

When a user uses the asterisks to make a word bold in the text editor, the "B" formatting is still turned on even though the user already stopped typing in bold. The words do not turn into bold but the "B" is still turned on. It doesn't reflect the current formatting state of what the user typing.

Steps to replicate

1. Go to page.
2. Comment on a page with a wiki markup :

   This is a Bold text.

1. Observe that the "B" formatting is still turned on even when the text is no longer bold.

Expected results

The "B" formatting would be turned off.

Actual results

 The "B" formatting is still turned on even after the text is not shown as bold.

Note :

The "B" formatting would be turned off once you clicked on the editor. The issue is also reproducible with Bold, Italic, Underline text.
