Provide a REST API for retrieving License Details

      Summary

      At the moment, License Details endpoint is not elaborate enough:

      /rest/license/1.0/license

      Suggestion

      Create an API for this so that Admins are able to retrieve information such as
      "valid"
      "evaluation"
      "maximumNumberOfUsers"
      "licenseType"
      "creationDateString"
      "expiryDate"
      "expiryDateString"
      "organizationName"
      "dataCenter"
      "subscription"
      "rawLicense"
      "maintenanceExpired"
      "enterprise"
      "active"
      "autoRenewal"

            A fix for this issue is available to Server and Data Center customers in Confluence 7.1.0
            Upgrade now or check out the Release Notes to see what other issues are resolved.

            Starting from Confluence 7.1.0, the following endpoint should provide most license details:

            /rest/license/1.0/license/details

            Please note that it requires authenticating as a site administrator.

            Application license automation is the core feature for monitoring licensing in large ogranizations as well as for DR automations. I'm surprised to find that it is not available in Confluence, especially in Data Center.

            This feature is available in Jira through UPM REST api but not in Confluence.  Automated License management is an important usecase specially for big organisations . I request it to be added to Confluence as well.  Thank you.
