    Description

      Problem Definition

Currently there is no way to bulk update content across multiple pages/spaces. An example scenario would be:
Imagine you create documentation for a bike. You've got 40 pages, in which you mention a helm 15 times. At some time, you decide to rename "helm" to "rudder". It would be great if there was a way to track the number of occurrences of “helm” and update all of them to “rudder”.

      Suggested Solution

Create a tool or macro to track those changes and allow admins to implement the search and replace when necessary.

      Why this is important

This is really helpful for technical documentation, since certain technical components change over time and it’s difficult to update the documentation in every location.
