Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install Confluence 6.7.x and Confluence Question add-on version 2.6.6
- Create Space in Confluence
- Add an Ask a Question button to a page
- Try to create new Question using the Ask a Question button
Expected Result
User will be shown/re-direct to the Question template when clicking on the button
Actual Result
Create Dialog loading indefinitely as shown
In the Developer Tools' Console tab, following error message can be observe

Screenshot below shown the Question template that user will be re-directed to when re-tried to create Question from the Ask a Question Button.
Workaround
Use Question List Macro to enable user to create Question from Confluence page
