Create New Page From Edit Mode Does Not Include Page In Page Hierarchy

Summary

If when you are creating a new page, for some reason, the user ends up clicking to create a new page, the published result will not be shown on the page tree. The page must be moved so it can be shown. The page is not listed under Orphaned pages or the reorder pages menu. The page appears under the Pages section for said space.

This does not happen with collaborative editing turned off

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a Space
2. Click to Create a new Page
3. Enter some dummy title and text
4. Do not save the page
5. Click to create page again
6. Enter some dummy title and text
7. Publish the page

Expected Results

• The page is created and is shown under the Page Tree root

Actual Results

• The page is created but is not shown under both page tree or reorder pages menu

Workaround

1. Deactivate Collaborative editing Or
2. Publish the parent draft page
