Save button does not work in Wiki Markup mode

      Standalone Tomcat running as a Windows service on JDK 1.4.2_04.

      I have been able to recreate this with no problem many times. If the default edit view is Wiki Markup and a link to a non-existent page is created on a current page - that page saves OK. Then use the new link to create a new page and enter some WIki Markup and hit save. No reaction. If the view is changed to Rich Text then the save button works.

      I have tried this on 2.1.3 and 2.1.4.
