Accessibility fixes for newcode-macro-plugin bundled plugin

      Problem Definition

      Currently there are a few accessibility issues with the templates for this plugin, it is missing some accessibility code:

      • collapseSource.js (and collapseSource-min.js)
        Allow enter/return to activate the expand collapse trigger. Add tabindex and role button to expand link.
        Update aria-expanded on click of expand link.
