Accessibility fixes for confluence-ui-components bundled plugin

      Problem Definition

      Currently there are a few accessibility issues with the templates for this plugin, it is missing some accessibility code:

      • cql-filter-select.soy
        added label and id for input
      • date-picker.soy
        added label and id for input
      • space-page-picker.soy
        added label and id for input
