Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add two sections to the page
3. In the top section, add a table with a header row, and enough rows that you will need to scroll
4. In the bottom section, add some placeholder text
5. Save the page
6. In View mode, scroll down the page

Expected behavior

Table header is sticky and remains visible as you scroll through the page

Actual behavior

Table header goes off-screen when scrolled past, and is not sticky
