    • We collect Confluence feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Extend the indexing and search capabilities of Confluence with the addition of Dutch Language. Currently, we have only the following language as indexing languages:

      • English (default);
      • German;
      • Russian;
      • Chinese;
      • CJK;
      • Custom Japanese;
      • French;
      • Brazilian
      • Czech;
      • Greek.

      Jira server support Dutch, as well as several other languages as indexing languages.

      Comments from customer:

      1. Dutch language uses Latin character mostly, but we have some diacritics, e.g. é, ë, è
      2. If you search for jobs with the English analyzer pages containing job will also be found. The Dutch word for job is baan, with its plural banen. When we search for the plural form banen, pages containing the word baan won't be found and vice versa.
