Contributors summary macro won't show both pages and contributors

      If the macro is sorted by pages, pages will be displayed, and contributors will not, if the macro is sorted by contributors, contributors will be displayed and pages will not.
      Expected behavior: Both fields should be displayed as defined in macro properties. Please see screen shots attached.
