Labels List Macro should not include results from Space trash and Drafts

      Summary

The Labels List macro is returning labels that match content which are only in the space trash. These labels should be excluded from the macro as users cannot actually access those pages in the trash.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a page and add a label to it
      2. Create another page in the same space with the "Labels List" macro
      3. Delete the first page so that it goes to the space trash

      Expected behavior

The Labels List macro should not show the label, as there are no accessible content with that label

      Actual behavior

The Labels List macro still shows the label. When clicked, the ensuing page shows "There are no pages at the moment." This can be confusing to users.

      Workaround

      • Purge the trash (which will permanently delete the page) or publish the drafts
      • OR, if you wish for the page to remain in the trash, recover the page and remove the label before re-deleting it, or remove the label from the draft page
