As a user I would like to be able to opt out of receiving emails for formatting-only changes

      I like getting email notifications when there are changes to pages that I am "watching." I also like having the changed content appear in the email notifications so I can see exactly what happened. What I don't like, however, is having changes to formatting also appear in the email notifications.

      If there is a large table and someone makes a small edit, the entire table will appear in the email notification, highlighted in blue, because of an inconsequential change to the column widths. This makes it difficult to find the red and green highlights, which is what I want.
