Unwanted line break is inserted when pasting text around table

Summary

In case that collaborative editing is disabled, unwanted line break is inserted when pasting text around table.
Please see the steps to reproduce section for the detail.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable collaborative editing
2. Open a new page in edit mode
3. Create a table (1×1)
4. Paste some text right after the table
5. Paste some text in the table

Expected Results

Unwanted line breaks shouldn't be inserted.

Actual Results

After the step 4, unwanted line break is inserted between the table and the pasted text. (It doesn't happen sometime.)
After the step 5, unwanted line break is inserted between the table and the text you pasted in the step 4.
