Summary

When right clicking the "Create" button within a space which you have create page restrictions, you will be directed to a page which prominently displays: "confluence.request.access.pagerestricted.requestaccess.title.edit.$contentType" and underneath it, "A space admin or the person who shared this page may be able to give you access."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a space as user A. Restrict user B from creating pages, but leave view access.
2. Log in as user B and access above space.
3. Right click create button.
   

Expected Results

I believe the expected results would be that this page shows, "No Permission", instead of "confluence.request.access.pagerestricted.requestaccess.title.edit.$contentType"
