Summary

Given a Confluence page with a title that includes an apostrophe (E.g. Dave's Page Test), search results using Livesearch macro returns the title's name with apostrophe replaced by ' (E.g. Dave's Page Test)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new Confluence page with a title that includes and apostrophe. (e.g. "Dave's Page Test")
2. Add a Livesearch macro in the body of the page or in a different Confluence page.
3. Search for "Dave's Page Test"

Expected Results

Livesearch results will display "Dave's Page Test" correctly.

Actual Results

Livesearch results will display "Dave&#39s Page Test".
